How it works
Step 1: Let’s chat
Fill out my contact form and I will set up a call with you to discuss the details of your vision. Then I will send you a quote with the pricing for services we spoke about and any travel fees.
Step 2: Secure your date
When you are ready to book your live painting, I will send you a contract to look over and sign. You will need to have a secured date and location in order to book. We will have a virtual meeting 2-4 weeks before your wedding in order to finalize the details of the painting, such as pose, background, and specific guests to be included.

Step 3: Enjoy your wedding
I will arrive on site about two hours before your ceremony to setup and begin the painting, and stay and paint throughout your reception. I will paint most of the piece from life and will also take photos to use as reference for specific poses or guests to ensure I get all the magical details. Your guests are welcome to come watch or interact with me while I work. That’s half the fun of having a live painter!
Step 4: 

The final touches…

I will almost complete the painting at the event, but will add more detail and final touches in my studio. Once you sign off on the final image, I will finish the piece with a hanging wire and a layer of protective varnish, which can only be applied after the paint has had some time to cure. Then I will drive up to an hour to deliver it or meet you somewhere to transfer the work.
